Founder / Executive Chef
Chef Josh Soileau has been cooking his whole life. Starting in the kitchen at the young age of 8 to spend time with his father, Josh quickly found a passion for food. He would cook his own breakfast before heading to school, he even began growing his own herbs to flavor his eggs and omelets.
After graduating from High School, he attended Louisiana Tech University where he a earned a degree in Culinary Arts. Josh then made a b-line to the city of New Orleans to hone his craft. He acquired an apprenticeship at Loffittes Landing Restaurant with acclaimed chef John Folse. Working under Chef Folse opened many doors for Josh on the years after completing this apprenticeship. Quickly rising through the ranks in the culinary industry to Executive Chef at the age of 23, Josh has been at the management level for over 20 years.

Hosting Special Events and delivering Fabulous Memories and Moments has always been vital to Lillian. Growing up in Norway she started working in the Restaurant and Bar Business across Norway and Sweden. Achieving the title of Bar Master at age 20 paved the way to her first Bar Manager position at the Michelin Star restaurant La Province in Oslo, Norway. While her personal life took her to Rochester NY in 2006, she pursued a Business Development career successfully as well as Digital Marketing Executive positions with well-respected Media companies. As the Hospitality industry drew her back, teaming up with Chef Josh in 2018 was the initial step that founded the venture of their lifetime.
